TC's Tavern In Dillsboro Searched By Police

By Mike Perleberg (Dillsboro, Ind.) - State and local police have carried out a search warrant at a restaurant in Dillsboro. Dearborn-Ohio County Prosecutor Lynn Deddens says the search warrant was served at TC’s Side Street Tavern on Tuesday morning. Other unnamed locations were also included in the search warrant. Agencies involved include Indiana State Excise Police, Indiana State Police, Dearborn County Sheriff’s Department and Special Crimes Unit, and Lawrenceburg and Rising Sun police. The Indiana Department of Revenue is also assisting in the investigation. Deddens says the search warrants at TC’s Side Street Tavern and other locations are part of an ongoing criminal investigation into the restaurant, its owner, and employees. No charges have been filed at this time.
