Bielby Road reopened Monday as of 3:30 p.m., according to the City of Lawrenceburg.
The road was originally scheduled to be closed Tuesday, March 1 at noon for a utility pole construction project.
Instead, Bielby Road will be down to one lane between Quarry Dr. and Heiner Heights for preparation of Phase 2 roadway improvements on Tuesday from 1:00 to 4:00 PM.
Traffic controls will be place. Alternate routes on State Road 48 are available for detours.

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) – Crews will complete a utility pole construction project next week in Lawrenceburg in preparation for Phase II of the Bielby Road slip repair.
The City of Lawrenceburg announced today that Bielby Road will be closed between Quarry Drive and Heiner Heights on Monday, February 28 at 8:00 a.m. until Tuesday, March 1 at noon.
Motorists should use alternate routes on State Road 48 to detour the project.
Traffic controls are in place with electronic message boards to remind motorists of the work.
