UPDATE: Reward Offered for Info About Vandalism at Lawrenceburg Speedway

Update published Monday, December 12: 

Two juvenile suspects are being charged in connection with vandalism at Lawrenceburg Speedway.

The suspects were apprehended by Lawrenceburg Police on Sunday.

Reward money has been granted to the person that gave information leading to the arrests. 

The identities of the juveniles involved were not released.

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - A reward is being offered for information regarding the person or people responsible for damages at Lawrenceburg Speedway. 

According to a Facebook post from the Lawrenceburg Speedway account, their tech building was broken into. The suspects allegedly took keys to everything the track owns and went "joy riding". 

Among the damage is the track exit and entrance gates, a push truck, bent frames on golf carts, torn down menu boards and the midway. The estimated amount of damage is over $6,000. 

In total, 27 sets of keys were allegedly taken from the tech room, and were ditched. 

A $1,500 reward is being offered for information about the vandalism. 

Anyone with information is asked to contact Lawrenceburg Speedway or Lawrenceburg Police.
