Versailles State Park Reschedules 4th of July Fireworks to Labor Day Weekend

Some Independence Day firework displays were postponed due to inclement weather.

(Versailles, Ind.) – Versailles State Park has rescheduled their Fourth of July weekend fireworks display to September.

The annual fireworks display was postponed due to the potential for severe weather and the safety of guests and staff.

The fireworks show and cookout will now take place on Saturday, September 2 during Labor Day weekend.

As a reminder to those planning to attend, the sun will begin to set sooner in September, so plans should be made to arrive a little earlier.
