Another tribute banquet has been scheduled for May 18.

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) – Eighteen local Veterans were recently honored for their service in Vietnam.
Trinity Christian Church on Pribble Road in Lawrenceburg played host to the banquet on Sunday.
Pastor Corey Potts, Judy Wesley, Ron Wesley and Mike Jones presented a 50th Anniversary lapel pin to each veteran, along with a commemorative bill from the Vietnam Veterans Memorial.
The banquet also featured guest speakers and the singing of “Arlington” by Hank Little.
Trinity Christian Church will host another veterans banquet on May 18. Those interested in attending the dinner and banquet should call 812-623-0173 to reserve a seat.
The Southeastern Indiana Vietnam Veterans of America, Lary D. Folge Chapter 71 is looking for new members to help with events and the Honor/Color Guard. Lifetime memberships are just $25.
