Where did Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio rank?

(Undated) - A new report compares the states with the best and worst school systems.
Personal finance website Wallet Hub compared all 50 states across 29 key factors including performance, funding, safety, class size and instructor credentials.
Kentucky and Indiana ranked in the upper half of the country at 13th and 22nd overall, respectively.
The Commonwealth ranked in the top 25 in Quality Rank and Safety Rank. Kentucky also has one of the lowest dropout rates in the country. Indiana ranked 21st in Quality Rank but fell outside the top 25 in safety.
Ohio ranked 28th overall but scored well in safety at 18th overall.
Massachusetts, New Jersey, Connecticut, Virginia and Vermont ranked as the top five states with the best school systems. West Virginia, Mississippi, Arizona, Louisiana and New Mexico ranked at the bottom of the list.
