Woman Injured In West Harrison Wreck

Two vehicles collided on Harrison-Brookville Road at Johnson Fork Road on Wednesday.

(West Harrison, Ind.) - A driver was hospitalized when two vehicles collided in West Harrison Wednesday.

Dearborn County Sheriff’s deputies says it was about 5:45 p.m. when a vehicle driven by Kathleen Niklas, of West Harrison, pulled out onto Harrison-Brookville Road from Johnson Fork Road and into the path of another vehicle.

Niklas was rush to a hospital by ambulance with injuries to her neck, back and hip.

The other driver, David Kruthaupt, of Batesville, was not injured.

Harrison Fire & EMS assisted at the scene.
