OA's Stenger Commits to Earlham College

The RHP had a strong junior season for the Twisters.

(Oldenburg, Ind.) – Oldenburg Academy senior Jacob Stenger is set to continue his academic and athletic career at the collegiate level.

On Thursday, Stenger announced his commitment to Earlham College.

The 6’3” right-hander will pitch for the Quakers and study Business.

Last season, Stenger tossed 22.1 innings, giving up 15 hits and only three runs. He struck out 12 and held opponents to a .192 batting average with a 0.94 ERA.

In addition to pitching for the Twisters, Stenger has also played summer travel ball for Indiana Nitro.
