ORVC Names Top Performers for January 2-7

See who performed well in boys and girls basketball, and swimming.

(Madison, Ind.) – Two student-athletes from Shawe Memorial highlight the latest weekly award winners from the Ohio River Valley Conference.

The ORVC Report for January 2-7 was released on Tuesday.

Audrey Barron was named the ORVC Girls Basketball Player of the Week after totaling 47 points, 13, rebounds, and nine steals in two games.

The ORVC Boys Basketball Player of the Week is Philip Kahn. The Hilltoppers star put up 34 points, five rebounds and four steals against Oldenburg Academy.

Switzerland County’s Nathan Furnish and Rising Sun’s Sidney Halloran are the ORVC Swimmers of the Week.
