Dinsmore Homestead is delighted to announce the return of its popular Derby Day Party on Saturday, May 7. Guests are invited to celebrate the Running of the Roses on the picturesque front lawn of historic Dinsmore Homestead, in a setting that evokes the comforts and simplicity of a bygone era.
In addition to the superior atmosphere, attendees enjoy a delicious derby-inspired buffet, the “Bunches of Bows” ladies hat contest, house tours, silent auction, music, a cash bar complete with mint juleps, and, of course, the Kentucky Derby broadcast live on television monitors.
Though not held in recent years due to the pandemic, this unique Derby Day event has become a Northern Kentucky tradition, as well as the chief annual fundraiser for Dinsmore Homestead. Tickets are $65 per person and advance registration is required. To reserve your seat or table, please call 859-586-6117 or email amy.withrow.dinsmore@gmail.com. The event will be held rain or shine.
