Borderline Bar & Grill Will Reopen

The bar where dozens were killed or injured will stay in business, its owner says.

(Thousand Oaks, CA)  --  The owner of the California country bar where multiple people were shot and killed last week says he will reopen it. 

Brian Hynes' attorney tells "TMZ" Hynes plans to reopen Borderline Bar & Grill in Thousand Oaks after the investigation wraps up. 

A dozen people were killed and 15 others were hurt when a lone gunman opened fire last Wednesday. 

The gunman then shot and killed himself.
