Brett Eldredge Opens Up About Anxiety

Brett has been battling anxiety since a young age.

(Undated)  --  Brett Eldredge is opening up about his struggles with anxiety and how he copes with it. 

The country music singer tells "Today" meditation has helped him work through the attacks. 

Eldredge says he has been battling anxiety since he was young, but he's starting to learn what helps him.
