(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - There are two youth development camps happening this summer in Eagle Country.
The Archaeological Research Institute will host their 2021 Summer Archaeology Camp on June 8-11 and July 20-23 for ages 10-13 and June 15-18 and July 27-30 for ages 14-18.
During the camp kids can enjoy hands-on guided archaeological experiences, a guided archaeological hike at Shawnee Lookout, and more.
Campers will receive:
- Camp Workbook
- Camp T-Shirt
- Camp Bandana
- Transportation to Site & Shawnee Lookout Park
- Pizza Party on Friday

Dearborn County 4H is also hosting a Summer Science Series at the Lawrenceburg Fair Grounds.
The Summer Science series is for grades 3-12. Sessions will be held on the following dates:
- 3-D printing-Tuesday June 22 9 am-12pm
- Robotics-Tuesday June 22, 1-4 pm
- Food Science-Wednesday June 23 9am-12pm
- Archaeology-Thursday June 24 9am-12pm
