(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - Following the first Sunday off the month format, the July Tri-State Antique Market tends to fall on or near the 4th of July holiday, and the vendors respond accordingly. The Market will be filled with Americana and artifacts from our nations’ history, from 19th century furnishings to pop culture memorabilia from the 1980s. And yes, there will be apple pie too.
Over 200 vendors will be on hand with their freshest and finest antiques, vintage and retro wares, as well as a handful of local food concessionaires with burgers, ice cream, apple pie, and more. Now it its 38th season, the July Market has become a festive destination and is considered a high point of midsummer antiquing in the region with friends and families looking for something fun to do before the cookouts and festivities leading up to our nations Independence Day. There will also be a retro photo booth camper with complimentary photos that patrons can use at the July Market.
The Lawrenceburg Fairgrounds is conveniently located in southeast Indiana, approximately one mile west of exit 16 off I-275. The location is within minutes of both the Ohio and Kentucky borders. The fairgrounds is handicap accessible and offers amenities like modern restrooms, paved walkways, large open-air pavilions, free parking, and shaded rest areas.
Official Market hours are from 7 AM to 3 PM ET with “Earlybird” shoppers admitted during vendor set up at 6 AM ET. A walk-in $5.00 adult admission is charged at all times. Attended pets and children are welcome. Over half of the Market’s vendors display indoors or under cover, so the event is held “rain or shine.”
