CBS’ clients are typically businesses with 2-100 staff members. Often, those companies are left without a full-time human resources person.

“The HR piece is huge for us and huge for our clients,” said Scott Marston, executive vice president. “Typically, a company a size of two to fifty or two to one-hundred does not have a full-time HR person on staff, so they need a resource to go to.”

Locaputo and Marston added that association health plans are available for people in southeast Indiana, northern Kentucky, and southwest Ohio.

Both individuals will speak more about their company and the services they provide at the Greater Harrison Chamber of Commerce’s Business Series at Breakfast on Thursday, March 28 (7:45 a.m.-9:00 a.m.) at First Financial Bank in Harrison.

Specifically, Locaputo and Marston will talk about the association health plans that are available to businesses located in Ohio.

Tickets to the Business Series at Breakfast can be purchased at www.greaterharrisoncc.com. Cost is $10 for chamber members and $15 for non-members.
