Aurora 12U All-Stars Win Two District Games, Fall Short In Semis

(Aurora, Ind.) – The Aurora 12U All-Stars' run in the Indiana Little League state tournament ended Wednesday with a loss in the district semi-finals.

 

The Aurora team fell 12-2 to Hagerstown in a game player in Yorkville, Indiana.

 

Aurora has won two games in the district tournament before their elimination. They defeated Riverfield Little League 9-8 on Tuesday with pitcher Drew Miller, of Aurora, getting the win. Ethan Getz earned the save. Aurora’s top hitters in the win were Tristan Rinehart and Eli Sporleder. 

 

Aurora and Lawrenceburg little league organizations both hosted games in the Indiana district tournament last week.
