Chad Swinney Introduced as New Principal at East Central Middle School

(St. Leon, Ind.) - Sunman-Dearborn Community School Corporation is pleased to announce the appointment of Chad Swinney as the new Principal of East Central Middle School. Swinney, who currently serves as the Assistant Principal at East Central High School, brings a wealth of experience and a passion for education to his new role.

As the new Principal of East Central Middle School, Swinney is excited to build upon the school's rich tradition of academic excellence and student-centered education. He is committed to ensuring that each student receives a high-quality education that prepares them for success in their academic pursuits and beyond.

Chad Swinney holds a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education from Indiana University - Bloomington and received his Principal Certification from Indiana Wesleyan University. He is deeply committed to fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment that supports the holistic development of each student.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr. Swinney is proud to have the support and encouragement of his wife, Angela Swinney, who serves as a dedicated 2nd-grade teacher at North Dearborn Elementary School.
