Dillsboro Elementary Recognized as One of Indiana’s Best

U.S. News and World Report recently analyzed 103,369 pre-K, elementary and middle schools.

(Dillsboro, Ind.) - Dillsboro Elementary School has been recognized as one of the Best Elementary Schools in Indiana by U.S. News & World Report.

This year, the school earned a ranking of 245th among Indiana elementary schools.

The U.S. News & World Report rankings evaluate schools based on key performance metrics, including state assessment results and overall learning environment. Dillsboro Elementary’s strong performance in these areas has once again set it apart as a top school in the state.

According to the report, Dillsboro Elementary meets expectations for reading proficiency, and is above expectations in math proficiency. 

Principal Kyle Miller expressed appreciation for the dedication and teamwork that make this achievement possible. “This recognition is a direct reflection of the hard work and commitment of our educators, staff, students, and families. Our school community is devoted to fostering a culture of learning and growth, and we are honored to be acknowledged once again for our efforts,” she said.
