UPDATE: Duke Energy Restore Power After Severe Storm Passes Through Franklin Co.

UPDATE: Power has been restored for customers in the New Trenton area. 

 

(Franklin County, Ind.) – Some Franklin County residents remain without power today following severe storms on Monday night.

A Tornado Warning was issued for Franklin County around 9:05 p.m. The National Weather Service has yet to confirm if a tornado touched down or not.

The storm produced strong winds which caused downed power lines in the county.

As of 10:15 this morning, Duke Energy’s Outage Map shows 173 customers without power in the New Trenton area. One customer in Cedar Grove and another customer in St. Leon are also without power.

The estimated time of restoration is today at 5:30 p.m.
