(Greendale, Ind.) - A Greendale-based technology solutions company is being acquired by one of the Midwest’s fastest growing tech companies. The Cincinnati Business Courier reports that Cincinnati-based Prosource has acquired HITech Computer Solutions as Prosource looks to expand its reach in Indiana and Kentucky. HITech, located on Belleview Drive in Greendale, was founded in 2003 by Andy Magee and Bryan Scott. They will become technical specialists at the merged firm. “We are thrilled to bring HITech’s significant talent, expertise and strong customer relationships into the Prosource family,” Prosource president and CEO Brad Cates told the Business Courier. “This strategic acquisition will deepen our talent and technology portfolio and allow us to better serve the Indiana and Kentucky markets.” Employees of HITech will remain on board along with its branding.
