There will be plenty of opportunity to knock out your holiday shopping in Dearborn Co.
(Dearborn County, Ind.) - It’s holiday market time, and visitors will find lots on the schedule this season in Southeast Indiana. From classic shows like Over the Moon to our annual Holiday Shopping Expo to the Christmas in Indiana shopping trail, we have several shows planned both this month and next.
Friday, November 17 through Sunday, November 19 at the Lawrenceburg Event Center. In addition to a large selection of unique handmade merchandise, home decor, gift cards, stocking stuffers and gift items, the Expo will feature pictures with Santa, wine tasting, on-stage performances and more. Admission to the Expo is $7 per person, with those ages 12 and under admitted free. Free parking.
Over the Moon Vintage Holiday Market
Friday, November 17 through Saturday, November 18 at the Lawrenceburg Fairgrounds. A delightful inside market full of repurposed, vintage, refurbished items and décor. Free admission and parking.
Arts Alive Art Fair & Gift Bazaar
November 24 through December 22, with silent auction on November 25 at the Dearborn Highlands Arts Council, 331 Walnut Street, Lawrenceburg. Open Tuesdays-Saturdays from 10am-4pm. Discover regional artisans from Southeast Indiana as DHAC’s gallery is transformed into a marketplace of handmade fine arts and crafts. Free admission with free street parking.
Christmas in Indiana Shopping Trail
Thursday, November 30 through Sunday, December 3 at participating shops throughout Southeast Indiana. Travel along this self-guided Christmas Trail featuring talented artisans and shop owners offering unique handcrafted merchandise. Free admission.
Thursday, November 30 – Saturday, December 2 at the Lawrenceburg Fairgrounds. Annual event featuring the work of artisans from around the world who are struggling to overcome poverty and escape slavery by receiving a fair wage in exchange for their craft. Free admission and parking.

Saturday, December 9 in Downtown Lawrenceburg. Organized by Funny Farm Coffee Co., the Makers and Vintage Market Walk is a unique way to showcase talented local artisans as well as historic downtown Lawrenceburg, all dressed up for the holidays. Browse groups of vendors set up in various indoor locations in a four-block stretch of downtown Lawrenceburg.
Other planned promotions include Small Business Saturday in the cities of both Lawrenceburg and Aurora on November 25, as well as numerous holiday open houses at Southeast Indiana retailers throughout the coming weeks.
