Lawrenceburg Public Library District To Restart Saturday Hours

This change will happen starting this Saturday, July 11.

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - The Lawrenceburg Public Library District has announced that Saturday hours will begin this weekend. 

Beginning July 11, both Lawrenceburg and North Dearborn branches will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Weekday hours will remain the same. Hours for Lawrenceburg will be 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday and Wednesday and noon to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday. North Dearborn will be open from noon to 7:00 p.m. Monday and Wednesday and 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday.

Library goers can stay in touch by visiting the district's website, Facebook page, and Twitter. You may also call Lawrenceburg Public Library at (812) 537-2775 or the North Dearborn branch at (812) 637-0777. 

As a reminder, it is not too late for kids or adults to join the free summer reading program or to participate in the summer writing contests. Both programs have great prizes.

Upcoming virtual programs will include yoga, Lego Family Challenge, Writing Fantasy, Here There Be Dragons, Passport to Imaginative Storytelling, making dragon’s egg bath bombs, DIY Fairytale Headbands, virtual D & D, storytime, weekly cooking classes and more.
