Nickalas Kedrowitz Found Guilty Of Double-Murder

A Ripley County jury returned the guilty verdict after a five-day trial.

(Ripley County, Ind.) - Nicalas Kedrowitz has been found guilty of double-murder. 

A Ripley County jury returned the guilty verdict against the 17-year-old on Friday following a five-day trial in Ripley Circuit Court. 

Kedrowitz was 13 when he was charged with the murder of his 23-month-old sister Desiree McCartney and his 11-month-old brother Nathaniel Ritz. Their deaths came just 81 days apart. 

Kedrowitz faces 55 years in prison on each count of murder. 

Sentencing is set for November 10.
