No Injuries When Car Collides With School Bus

(Greendale, Ind.) - No students were hurt when a car rear-ended a school bus Friday afternoon.

The accident involving the Lawrenceburg Community Schools bus happened on Oberting Road near the intersection with U.S. 50. Greendale Police said all participants were treated and released at the scene by Greendale Fire and EMS.

Officers cited the at-fault car driver for following too closely.

Lawrenceburg Police, Lawrenceburg School Resource Officers, Hidden Valley Rangers and the Lawrenceburg Community Schools administration helped with the investigation, police said.
