(Ripley County, Ind.) - The Ripley County Community Foundation is thrilled to announce the recipients of $50,000 in Partner with Possibility grants, funded by Hillenbrand, a global industrial company that provides highly engineered, mission-critical processing equipment and solutions.
Recognizing the importance of investing in the communities where its employees live and work, Hillenbrand announced in 2023 a total commitment of $200,000 to the Batesville community through its Partner With Possibility Fund, with $50,000 distributed each year through 2026. Hillenbrand selects partners that align with its Purpose and Core Values, cultivate growth within the organization, and drive increased value in the community. By partnering with the Ripley County Community Foundation, Hillenbrand is helping to strengthen Batesville and Ripley County by supporting local organizations making a positive difference.
“We at Hillenbrand understand how integral these organizations are to Batesville and Ripley County, so we are excited to support these important initiatives that align with our Purpose while investing these funds back into the community,” said Kim Ryan, President and CEO of Hillenbrand. “We look forward to seeing the positive impacts these organizations make for residents throughout the community.”
“This partnership with Hillenbrand exemplifies the power of collaboration,” said Amy Streator, Executive Director at the Ripley County Community Foundation. “By working together, we can achieve great things for our community, and we are honored to be able to distribute these funds to such deserving organizations.”
During the review process, Hillenbrand and Ripley County Community Foundation looked for initiatives that align with the company’s partnership strategy and keystone pillars, including in the areas of health and safety; diversity, equity, and inclusion; education and trade skills; and benefit to the environment.
