The Cincinnati Business Courier cites property records in reporting that the 200,000 square foot building along Interstate 275 has been sold to Covington-based Corporex Companies LLC. The price was $9.25 million. Corporex’s executive vice president and chief operating officer, Thomas Deere, told the publication that the company is confident in investing in the region with the anticipated growth of Amazon and DHL. The real estate investment company said the building will be renamed Atlantic Corporate Center and CirclePort.
