Rising Stars of Indiana Class of 2025 Announced

Each school statewide was invited to recognize up to four students currently in the 11th grade.

INDIANAPOLIS – The Indiana Association of School Principals (IASP) recently released the Rising Stars of Indiana Class of 2025.

Each Indiana high school was invited to recognize up to four students currently in the 11th grade, based on their academic achievement.

The following area schools nominated these students for recognition:

  • Batesville – Lucy Abplanalp, Sarah Bedel, Abigail Hartz, Shanna Smith
  • East Central – Ava Arnult, Annabelle Black, Delaney Donawerth, Emily Klem
  • Jac-Cen-Del – Weston Ertel, Hailey Kunz, Lillian Long, Jacob Ricke
  • Lawrenceburg – Samuel Blaut, Peter Jansen, Kelsey Offutt, Anastasia Robbins
  • Milan – Lucas Drew, Anna Herzog, Amelia Starkey, Nathan Voss
  • Oldenburg Academy – Jacob Hilbert, Zachary Hoff, Caroline Niese, Annabelle Nunlist
  • South Dearborn – Callie Davidson, Sophia Ferguson, Brayden Hurelbrink, Isabel Pearson
  • South Ripley – Alexa Franklin, Ellie Lauber, Elizabeth McKittrick, Leah Shepard

By allowing schools to identify outstanding scholars during their junior year, it increases their visibility and could potentially bring scholarship opportunities.
