Special Olympics Indiana In Need Of Athletes For EKS Games

(Aurora, Ind.) - ­The Special Olympics – Ripley Ohio Dearborn Counties delegation is recruiting athletes to participate in this year’s Eunice Kennedy Shriver (EKS) Games in Indianapolis, IND. EKS Games are held in September and include equestrian, flag football, softball, corn toss, long distance run or walk, and unified volleyball. EKS Games Schedule: 9/13 Flag football, corn toss, long distance run or walk, & unified volleyball at Brebeuf Preparatory School. 9/18-­9/19 Equestrian at Hendricks County 4H Center 9/26 Softball at Midwest Sports Complex If interested in participating, you must attend the call out meeting on June 17, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at the Lawrenceburg Fire Department.
