(St. Leon, Ind.) - East Central High School is thrilled to announce the appointment of Megan Gryspeerdt as the new Band Director. With an impressive background and a wealth of experience in music education, Megan will bring her passion and expertise to lead the East Central High School band program to new heights.

Megan is no stranger to the world of music education. She currently serves as the Band Director at Rising Sun. Her dedication to fostering a love for music, instilling discipline, and cultivating excellence has earned her high praise and respect from students, parents, and colleagues alike.

In her new role at East Central High School, Megan is poised to make a profound impact on the band program. With her extensive knowledge of various musical genres, her commitment to student growth, and her ability to inspire and motivate, she is well-equipped to lead the talented musicians of East Central to achieve their full potential.

When asked about her new position, Gryspeerdt expressed her excitement, saying, "I could not be more thrilled to join the East Central School band family and this wonderful music program. Having grown up nearby in Batesville, I have always admired the tradition of musical excellence at Sunman-Dearborn.
