Tastes of Summer Returns to Lawrenceburg June 15

The day will include the Lauren's Burg Hill 5K, food trucks, kids' activities, live music, and more.

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) – A full day of fun is ahead in downtown Lawrenceburg.

The annual “Taste of Summer” event returns to Lawrenceburg on Saturday, June 15 at Civic Park.

The day will begin with the annual Lauren’s Burg Hill 5K Run/Walk and 5-Mile Run. Race Day registration will start at 6:00 a.m. Races will follow at 7:22.

Then visitors can enjoy the Tastes of Summer Food Truck Rally from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., featuring local award-winning restaurants and food trucks.

Food Trucks Scheduled to be in Attendance: Cousins Maine Lobster, El Rey Mexican Food Truck, Funnel Cake Island, House of Brisket, Little Trolley Donuts, Mama Afrique, Mingles Softserve, Pakalana’s Poke Wagon, Silly Cow, The German Corner, The Lumpia Queen, Tikiz Shaved Ice, Vitor’s Urban Vistro

Other planned events include free kids’ activities, free carnival rides, farmers market, beer garden, and tons of live musical performances.

The musical lineup is as follows:

  • Ethan Hopper – noon to 12:45
  • Channel Kats – 1:00 to 2:30
  • Stoned Blue – 3:00 to 4:30
  • Shanty Boat Trio – 5:00 to 6:30
  • Cody Ikerd and the Sidewinders – 7:00 to 8:30
  • Michelle Robinson Band – 9:00 to 10:30
