It's Officiall. This was the warmest spring on record in the Tri-State
since the spring of 1878. The average temperature in March, April and
May this year was over 59 degrees. The daytime average high temp this
spring was over 70. The National Weather Bureau predicts this summer to
be warmer than normal.
