Whitewater Motors Wins Quality Dealer Of The Year Award For 2015

(West Harrison, Ind.) - The Indiana Independent Automobile Dealers Association is proud to announce Whitewater Motors as our 2015 “Joe Krier” Quality Dealer of the Year. This award was presented to Michael Ross at the Association’s 28th Anniversary Golf Tournament and Awards Day which was held on September 13th at Ironwood Golf Club in Fishers. The Quality Dealer of the Year is chosen based on several attributes. The dealership must be consumer oriented, and the dealer must have a record of good business decisions based on honesty and integrity. Also, the dealership must represent themselves as a civic leader within the community. Whitewater Motors represents all of these attributes. Whitewater Motors was opened by the Ross family in 1976. While in high school, Mike began working in the family business by cleaning cars. Over the years, he worked his way up thru the ranks at Whitewater Motors, working in retail sales, F & I, purchasing vehicles, and working in their wholesale operations. Mike is not the sole owner of Whitewater Motors and is honored to service their community and the industry to the highest level. Integrity, teamwork, honesty, and leadership are the business principles by which Whitewater Motors operates. Selling over 1,600 vehicles last year, the staff at Whitewater Motors is dedicated to working by their business principles. Whitewater Motors and the Ross family are active in their community and give generously to local charities and foundations. Whitewater Motors will represent Indiana at the National Independent Automobile Dealers Association Convention in Las Vegas, June 2016. They will compete with Quality Dealers from other states for the National Quality Dealer Award. The primary purpose of the Indiana Independent Automobile Dealers Association is to address legal and legislative issues that confront the used car industry, and to promote the business of its members while serving the public interest. The Indiana Independent Automobile Dealers Association has supported independent used car dealers in Indiana for more than 28 years. The association is proud to have Whitewater Motors as this year’s “Quality Dealer of the Year.”
