Aurora Elementary 6th Grade Girls Complete Undefeated Season

Before the sports world was halted, one local team accomplished a big feat.

(Aurora, Ind.) – Before the sports world was halted, a group of 6th graders from Aurora Elementary School completed an undefeated season.

The 6th grade girls basketball team went undefeated in the regular season and capped off an undefeated season with a tournament win at South Dearborn High School.

Aurora defeated Manchester and St. Mary’s at the annual tournament. Teams from Moores Hill and Dillsboro also competed.

The AES 6th grade girls basketball team features: Ava Cutter, Makenzy Womack, Reagan Brindley, Abbey Terrill, Brooklyn Craig, Hailee Peelman, Carli Walter and Annabelle Vollat.
