(Franklin, Ind.) - The Batesville Lady Bulldogs are state bound after finishing as the runner up at the Franklin Community Regional.
Golfers took to the tee box on Monday morning at Legends Golf Course after the originally scheduled round was postponed on Saturday due to weather.
Batesville came out firing, carding a 321 as a team. They would finish just two strokes behind regional champion Franklin Community.
Ava South shot an even 72, finishing third overall. Addyson Weiler carded a 78, Zoey Ahern finished with an 82, Alexis Gallagher had an 89, and Grace Saner carded a 105.
East Central placed 10th as a team, but Rowan Pies came away as the individual regional champion with a four-under, 68. Pies advances to the state finals without a team.
Switzerland County finished 15th. Their top performer was Alexis Mangold with a 109.

The State Finals will be played on Friday, October 4 and Saturday, October 5 at Prairie View Golf Club in Carmel.
