Bleh, Callahan, Ferguson Take Part in Senior Athletic Commitment Ceremony

Each will continue their academic and athletic careers at the collegiate level.

(St. Leon, Ind.) – East Central High School announced three college commitments on Thursday.

Robbie Bleh, Payge Callahan, and Jorjia Ferguson participated in the last round of 2024 Senior Athlete Commitments.

Bleh, a wide receiver, was a regular in East Central’s run heavy offense. He caught seven passes for 109 yards and two touchdowns during the Trojans’ state championship run last fall.

He is signed to continue his playing career at Mount St. Joseph University.

Payge Callahan will also attend The Mount. Callahan helped lead the Lady Trojans softball team to a 19-10 record and a sectional championship this spring.

She hit .409 with three home runs and 38 RBI.

Jorjia Ferguson will take her talents to the University of Indianapolis. Ferguson was named EIAC Girls Track and Field Co-MVP this spring along with teammate, Callie Bentley.

Ferguson captured conference titles in the 100-meter hurdles, 300-meter hurdles, long jump, and the 4x400 relay. She was also sectional champion in the 300-meter hurdles and 4x400 relay.

Ferguson will run at the IHSAA State Championships today in Bloomington in the 100-meter hurdles and as part of East Central’s 4x400 relay team with Callie Bentley, Anna Graf, and Lauryn Huber.
