Brady Ballart and Noah Knigga.
INDIANAPOLIS – Two high school football stars from southeastern Indiana have earned statewide recognition from Indiana Preps.
Lawrenceburg junior Noah Knigga and South Dearborn sophomore Brady Ballart were named to the Indiana Preps 2023 All-State Top 22 – Underclass Team.
Ballart made the team as a tight end. He had three receptions for 93 yards this season but did most of his damage offensively filling in as a running back, totaling 525 yards and eight touchdowns. Defensively, Ballart was among the top tacklers in the EIAC with 64 total tackles, and seven tackles for a loss.
Noah Knigga made the Top 22 Team as a linebacker. Despite only playing in six games due to injury, Knigga was Lawrenceburg’s third-leading tackler with 51 total tackles and 11 tackles for loss.
Both Ballart and Knigga are receiving D-I attention.
Ballart has seen interest from Miami (Oh.), Ball State, Notre Dame and others.
Knigga is drawing interest from West Virginia, James Madison, Penn, Miami (Oh.), Central Michigan and more.
